Arrival in Ulaan Baatar and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy a city orientation tour and visit the Natural History Museum.

After breakfast drive to Kharakorum - the ancient capital of Mongolia. Enjoy a box lunch at Elsen Tasarkhai before an afternoon arrival at the ger camp, for dinner and overnight.

Kharakorum - Tsetserleg. This morning visit the Erdene Zuu monastery, the first Buddhist monastery in Mongolia. After lunch you'll meet the horses and wranglers and begin the 35km ride towards Tsetserleg, the center of Arkhangai Province.

Tamir River. Today you ride another 35km along the Tamir River, taking in the picturesque scenery of the beautiful area.

Khorgo-Terkhiin Tsagaan Nuur National Park - Kharakorum. Drive to ancient Kharakorum, which was founded by Genghis Khan in 1220 as a military centre.
